Refunds and Cancellation
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This page applies to paid products bought from mycvscore.co.uk, which is run by Blab Media Ltd (company number 11511037). The free CV score costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer, the law normally gives you 14 days from buying to cancel an online purchase. Our paid products are digital content that we deliver straight away. At checkout we will ask you to:
- ask us to start the service immediately, and
- confirm that you understand that once we have delivered your report or documents, you lose your right to cancel.
If you agree to both, you cannot cancel for a change of mind once your product has been delivered. If we do not deliver it, or you cancel before delivery, you keep your right to cancel and will get a full refund.
When you can get a refund
You are always entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if what you bought is faulty, is not as we described it, or does not do what we said it would. For example, we will refund you if:
- we charged you but did not deliver your product,
- the report or documents could not be produced, or are unusable because of a fault on our side,
- you were charged more than once for the same order.
As a goodwill extra, if you are not satisfied with a paid product, email us within 14 days of purchase and tell us what was wrong. We will review your request fairly and in most cases will offer a refund or a replacement. This does not affect your legal rights.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with the email address you used to buy, the date of your order and a short note about the problem. We will reply within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
We refund to the card or payment method you used, within 14 days of agreeing the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
What is not covered
We cannot offer a refund because you did not get an interview or a job, or because an employer or system treated your CV differently from our score. Our services are a guide and not a guarantee. This does not limit your legal rights.
